1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Woodkraft Studio. By accessing our website (woodkraftstudio.com), placing an order, or engaging with our services — whether online or through our showrooms in Hyderabad — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms').

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website and services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

Woodkraft Studio ('we', 'us', or 'our') is a trade name operating out of Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with showrooms at Mehdipatnam and Kompally.


2. Products & Made-to-Order Policy

All furniture sold by Woodkraft Studio is handcrafted and made to order. This means:

  • Each piece is custom-manufactured specifically for you upon confirmation of your order.
  • Products are fully customisable in fabric, finish, dimensions, and configuration (where applicable) at the time of ordering.
  • Certain product specifications — such as chair measurements — may not be customisable. Our team will confirm applicable constraints at the time of ordering.
  • Product photographs on our website are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to the nature of handcrafted materials and screen display differences.
  • Availability of specific fabric colours, marble shades, and material finishes is subject to stock at the time of order confirmation.


3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

3.1 Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after (a) you receive a written or digital acknowledgement from Woodkraft Studio, and (b) the agreed advance payment or full payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our discretion before confirmation.

3.2 Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of order acceptance.

3.3 Payment

We accept payments via the following methods:

  • Online payment through our Shopify checkout (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other available gateways)
  • Direct bank transfer or cash payments at our showrooms

An advance payment may be required before production commences, with the balance payable prior to delivery. Our team will communicate the payment schedule at the time of order confirmation.


4. Delivery

Woodkraft Studio delivers exclusively within Hyderabad, Telangana. We do not currently offer delivery outside Hyderabad.

  • Our standard delivery timeline is 30 days from the date of order confirmation and advance payment receipt.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on production schedules, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays proactively.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure access to the delivery address is clear and suitable for the furniture being delivered. Any additional labour required due to access difficulties may be charged separately.
  • Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or defect must be reported immediately before our delivery team leaves the premises (see Section 5 — Warranty & Defects).


5. Warranty & Defective Products

5.1 Warranty Coverage

All Woodkraft Studio products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:

  • Structural defects arising from faulty craftsmanship or materials under normal use
  • Joinery failures not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or external factors

5.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including fabric pilling, fading, or minor surface scratches over time
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or exposure to excessive moisture, heat, or sunlight
  • Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Colour variation in natural materials such as teakwood, marble, or upholstery fabric

5.3 Reporting a Defect at Delivery

If a defective product is delivered to you, you MUST report it immediately — before the delivery team departs. This includes any visible damage, wrong item, or manufacturing fault observed at the time of delivery.

Defects reported after the delivery team has left will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may not qualify for immediate replacement or repair under this policy.

6. Returns & Cancellations

6.1 No Returns

As all our products are made to order and customised to your specifications, we do not accept returns. Once an order is confirmed and production has commenced, the order cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded — except in the case of a manufacturing defect (see Section 5).

6.2 Cancellations

Order cancellations may be accepted at our discretion if requested before production has commenced. Once production has begun, cancellations will not be accepted and any advance payment made will be forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Woodkraft Studio website — including product images, descriptions, logos, the 'Forever Furniture' tagline, design elements, and written content — is the exclusive property of Woodkraft Studio and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Woodkraft Studio.


8. Website Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any inquiry or order form
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest data from our website


9. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as payment gateways, WhatsApp Business, or analytics tools). Woodkraft Studio is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Use of such services is at your own risk.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Woodkraft Studio shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website
  • Losses arising from delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including natural events, logistics disruptions, or supplier delays
  • Colour, texture, or finish variations inherent to natural and handcrafted materials

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.


11. Privacy

By using our website or placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information (such as name, address, phone number, and payment details) for the purpose of processing your order and communicating with you. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.


12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

We encourage customers to reach out to us directly via WhatsApp before initiating any formal dispute — most concerns can be resolved promptly through direct communication.


13. Changes to These Terms

Woodkraft Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
