How do I place a custom furniture order?
WhatsApp us on 81427 11000 with a reference photo, sketch, or requirement — or walk into our Mehdipatnam or Kompally showroom. We finalise dimensions, fabric, and finish with you, confirm the quote, and begin production after the advance payment.

What can I customise?
Dimensions, wood finish, upholstery (500+ fabric options), storage, seat firmness, and configuration. If you've seen a design you like elsewhere, share a photo and we'll build a version adapted to your size and budget. Learn more on our Customised Furniture page.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Because every piece is made to order, orders can't be cancelled once production begins. Minor changes may be possible in the early stages — contact us immediately on WhatsApp. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Do you have furniture ready for immediate delivery?

Delivery & installation

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Hyderabad, including Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Gachibowli, Kondapur, Madhapur, Hitech City, Kukatpally, Kompally, and surrounding areas. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

How long does delivery take?
Made-to-order furniture is typically delivered within 30 days of order confirmation and advance payment. Woodkraft Xpress pieces ship faster since they're already built.

Do you install the furniture?
Yes — our team delivers and can assemble and position your furniture at home. Installation charges, where applicable, are listed in our Shipping Policy. [VERIFY: confirm current installation charges]

Payment

Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes — custom orders begin production after an advance payment, with the balance due as per your order terms. [VERIFY: state your exact advance percentage and balance terms]

What payment methods do you accept?

Warranty & after-sales

What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects in our handcrafted furniture. It does not cover normal wear and tear, physical damage after delivery, marble or glass components, or imported products. Full terms are on our Warranty & Replacement page.

How do I raise a warranty claim?
