As a rule of thumb, a 4-seater (about 4 ft) suits dining spaces around 8×8 ft; a 6-seater (5.5–6 ft) needs roughly 8×10 ft; an 8-seater works best with 10×12 ft or an open-plan layout. Not sure? Choose a solid wood top for warmth and durability, or ask about other tabletop options to suit your style. Tabletop materials we offer — wood/marble/glass — and note that marble & glass are excluded from warranty claims per your policy. Chairs can be upholstered in your pick of 500+ fabrics — easy-clean weaves are popular for homes with young children — with cushioning firmness set to your preference.
