Our furniture is handcrafted with care, and we stand behind the quality of every product we make.
What's Covered
All Woodkraft Studio products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural and frame issues
This warranty applies to all products across our range.
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Imported products
- Marble, glass, and fabric components
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Any damage resulting from self-repair or unauthorised modifications
A note on solid wood: Solid wood may naturally develop minor cracks, splits, or movement over time due to changes in temperature and humidity. This is inherent to genuine wood and is not covered under warranty.
Reporting a Defect at Delivery
Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. Any manufacturing defects that are visible upon delivery must be reported immediately — before our delivery team leaves your premises. Defects reported after delivery cannot be considered as delivery-related claims.
Repairs & Replacement
If a valid warranty claim is raised, we will assess the issue and carry out the necessary repair or rectification. In cases where a repair is not possible, we will replace the product.
Transport charges for warranty repairs or replacement are to be borne by the customer.
